Therapeutic Massage Therapy with Craniosacral Work
Tailored to each individuals specific needs; we will start by going over your specific goals for treatments at each visit. After discussing your needs and focus, I will step out of the treatment room while you get comfortable on the table.
A base of Swedish style flowing strokes; I will work to incorporate the various skills I have learned to best support your needs including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, craniosacral work, acupressure, reiki, and deep tissue therapy.
My massage style is a combination of manual massage techniques with periods of deep stillness and listening in the form of Craniosacral Work in working to connect to the deepest parts of your anatomy.
Cupping or Gua Sha may be added to any 60, 90, or 120 min massage at no extra charge based on your needs.

Craniosacral Work with Reiki
A gentle, hands-on, energy & anatomy based bodywork that works with your central nervous system.
In a full Craniosacral session clients remain clothed while the practitioner uses light, detailed touch to connect to areas of the skull, back, and sacrum. Touch may include other areas of the body; as well as periods of stillness.
Focus, intention, and deep listening come together to allow your body to relax and redistribute energy. Supporting your body back to equilibrium by assisting your body's natural ability to heal.
In combination with Reiki; an ancient energy practice with the goal of promoting healing and balance the body through the conducting of universal energy.
Prenatal Massage
For the expecting individual.
A customized massage session designed to release tension and clam nerves.
Swedish style flowing strokes incorporating various massage skills I have learned as well as energy work for a deeper session.
Hot Towels Included
Mobile Massage
At your preferred location for comfort, as well as serving clients who cannot come to the office. An option for those with limited mobility whether from a life long condition or needing hospice care.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made 24 hours or greater in advance.
