:: Therapeutic Massage ::

A customized table massage tailored to each individuals specific needs. We will start by going over your specific goals for treatments at each visit. 

After discussing your needs and focus, I will step out of the treatment room while you get comfortable on the table. 

A base of Swedish style flowing strokes; I will work to incorporate the various skills I have learned to best support your needs including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, craniosacral work, acupressure, reiki, and deep tissue therapy. 

Cupping or Gua Sha may be added to any 60 or 90 min massage at no extra charge based on your needs.

A gentle, hands-on, deep anatomy based bodywork that works with your central nervous system. 

In this session clients remain clothed while the practitioner uses light, detailed touch to connect to areas of the skull, back, and sacrum. Touch may include other areas of the body; as well as periods of stillness.
