       My interest in the powers of touch started when I experienced my first massage at a work place wellness event. The massage I received was only a 10 minute chair massage, but the relief I received in those minutes was enough to change my life. I went home and immediately enrolled in massage therapy school ~ I wanted to help others find their relief. 

       I attended and graduated from the Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks in Pottstown, PA in 2022. Now equipped with the proper knowledge and training, my goal is to help others with chronic pain, muscle tension, and daily stress. ~ I believe every person deserves to feel their very best.
