WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST MASSAGE? 

During your first visit, your massage therapist will start by going over your completed intake form and health history and ask about your goals for treatment today, areas of focus, and any areas you would like avoided. 

To begin your massage the therapist will step out of the room while you undress to your comfort level and get settled on the massage table under the sheets and blanket. Your massage therapist will then knock before entering, and begin your service. 

Clients are covered with a sheet and blanket during their massage. The massage therapist will undrape each area of the body one at a time as they work on that specific area. Using lotion or oil to allow their hands to glide over the body, and checking in with you about pressure and comfort during your entire session. 

DO I HAVE TO GET MY WHOLE BODY MASSAGED? 

Absolutely NOT. If  you have a specific area or problem that you want your massage therapist to address please let us know. 

For example, during your 60 minute massage you can request that your therapist only massage your back, shoulders, neck, and head and skip the rest of your body. Providing you with a full hour massage where you really need it!

HOW DOES CORPORATE CHAIR MASSAGE WORK? 

To set us a Chair Massage Event at your office or workplace the first bit of information we need is the number of employees at your office who will be participating.  This helps us determine how long the event will last and how many therapists we need to schedule. 

On the day of the event we will arrive to set-up about 30 minutes before the first massage and provide all that is required. The only thing we need from your team is a location to perform the massages; this could be a private unused office or a quite space in your office.
